Foil Structure
The PET/VMPET/LLDPE foil structure realizes the multi-functionality of foil laminates, and the functions of each layer are as follows.

•PET, refers to 12-micron polyester film, used as the outer layer of the printing substrate layer. PET film is considered one of the best substrate films for processing printing, coating, and lamination processes.
•VMPET, which refers to metalized polyester film, 12 microns, is considered to be one of the best barrier film materials in the flexible packaging industry and can be used as an intermediate bone layer and a barrier layer.
•LLDPE film is an acronym for Linear Low-Density Polyethylene Film, which can be used as an internal sealing layer.

Print Effect
This foil structure provides excellent print results for the following reasons

•Good spot level for PET film
•Adequate leveling of ink
•Metallized PET film acts as a reflective background for a more solid effect

Barrier Performance

Roll Foil
This foil laminate can be easily processed into roll foil and work on the customer's form and seal machine. With stable mechanical strength and high-temperature resistance, this foil laminate achieves a smooth appearance when sealed into the final package.

Stand Up Bag
PET film has good rigor, the same as VMPET film, so putting two layers of PET substrate film into this foil structure can achieve fine rigidity and toughness that can meet the requirements of stand-up pouches. Of course, the thickness of the final foil laminate is important, in our experience, it should be at least 100 microns (PET/VMPET/LLDPE) for good standing.

Matt Lacquer Coating
